Vol. 01 — A new front desk
The multilingual concierge

Every guest,
every language, &
no one waiting.

Voxtera is a real-time voice concierge that hears your guest in any of 99 languages, answers in the same one, and turns every request into a ticket your team can action — in Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, or your PMS. Built for properties where the front desk shouldn't sleep, switch staff, or fumble for a translator.

Hears any language
No selection screens. No phrasebooks. The guest just speaks — Whisper detects the language automatically from the first utterance.

Understands the property
A private knowledge layer holds your menus, hours, room amenities, local recommendations and house rules — so answers are your answers.

Replies in their voice
A native-sounding Chirp 3 HD voice responds in the guest's own language. Under one second, end-to-end. Interruptible like a real conversation.

A concierge that never clocks out.

Voxtera replaces the gap between front-desk shifts — and supplements it during the day. It picks up the lobby phone, the in-room dial, the web chat, and the WhatsApp call, with the same fluency every time.

01
Hotel & residence concierge
Room service, check-in queries, late checkout, spa bookings, wake-up calls — handled in the guest's language, logged for your team.
02
Local recommendations, grounded
Pulls from your curated list of restaurants, walks and attractions — not the open internet. Your preferred vendors stay preferred.
03
Web widget · phone · mobile SDK
Embed Voxtera on your booking page, route your existing phone line through it, or drop it into your guest app. One platform, three ways to reach you.
04
Safety & escalation built in
Medical, security or emotional escalations are flagged and routed to a human in real time — no guest is ever stuck with a bot when it matters.
05
Tickets out, to the tools you already use
Every guest request becomes a structured ticket — posted to your team's Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, or SMS group, translated into their language. No new app for your staff to learn.
06
Translated summaries — in your language
A Japanese guest calls at 3am. By 3:05am your night manager has a clean English summary in their inbox: "Guest in Room 412 requested a late checkout to 2pm. Confirmed." Every call, every language, translated automatically.
07
Conversation summaries to your PMS
Every call ends with a structured summary pushed to your CRM or PMS — guest preferences captured, follow-ups scheduled, complaints surfaced.
08
Operator dashboard
See active conversations, languages in use, common questions and escalation rates. Tune answers from a web admin without code.
For the guest

A welcome in their language.

  • Speak in the language they think in — Voxtera detects it on the first syllable
  • Get an answer in under a second, day or night
  • Interrupt freely. Change subject. Speak naturally — it keeps up
  • Receive a follow-up text or email in the same language if they prefer
  • Reach a real person instantly whenever the call needs one
For the hotelier

A team that never sleeps.

  • Translated summary of every call delivered to your inbox in your language
  • Guest preferences and complaints captured automatically into your PMS
  • Live dashboard: active calls, languages in use, escalation rate
  • Post-call guest ratings to spot service issues before reviews are written
  • Update menus, hours, recommendations from a web admin — no code
Ninety-nine languages.
No setting required.

From Mandarin to Maltese, Tagalog to Tamil. The guest speaks; Voxtera answers. TTS is available in 75+ of those with native-grade voices — the remainder fall back gracefully.

A different kind of concierge.

Most hotel voice assistants still ask you to pick a language at setup. Most don't tell you what's under the hood, or how fast it really is. Here's what we publish openly.

Things people always ask.

How fast is the response, really?

End-to-end — from the moment the guest stops speaking to the first syllable of Voxtera's reply — averages 600 to 850 milliseconds. That's faster than most human pickups on a hotel phone, and well within the threshold where conversation feels natural.

What if the guest interrupts?

Voxtera stops immediately, listens, and continues the new thread — like a real conversation, not a robocall menu. Silero VAD handles turn-taking with sub-100ms responsiveness.

How does it know about my property?

During onboarding we ingest your menus, room amenities, hours, house rules, local recommendations and FAQs into a private knowledge layer. Updates take seconds — change your spa hours and Voxtera knows on the next call.

What about escalating to a real person?

Anything safety-related, medical, or emotionally distressed is flagged in real time and routed to a staff member via the channel you specify — Slack, SMS, internal phone. Voxtera stays with the guest until the handover completes.

Where is guest data stored?

EU-resident by default, with on-prem deployment available for Domaine-tier customers. Conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest; recordings can be disabled per-property.

Can it handle a phone line, not just web?

Yes — via Twilio, you can route any existing number through Voxtera. The same brain, the same voices, the same languages.

Enterprise-grade, by default.

Built in the EU for properties that take guest privacy seriously. The same posture from our first €290/mo customer to our largest chain.
